Metabolomic data analysis
Mass Spectrometry is one of the most powerful analytical tools. From analysis of purified single molecules, it has evolved a long way to enable analysis of complex mixture of biomolecules. Recent advances has further enabled analysis of biomolecules in situ paving the way for analysis of single cells to real-time analysis of live tissue, breath and biofluids. SINP is happy to organize a school that will recapture the evolution of biomedical mass Spectrometry till-date by leading international experts. It will be followed by a symposium that will showcase latest advances in application of mass spectrometry in diverse fields including proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, microbiology, immunology, breath analysis, and imaging. It will have brain-storming sessions to bring together academicians, clinicians and vendors to discuss challenges and opportunities in biomedical mass spectrometry. A hands-on workshop on metabolomics will conclude the event.
